You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident to make a contribution through this website.
2. Contributions
All contributions are subject to applicable federal and Colorado law, including the Colorado Fair Campaign Practices Act. See our Campaign Finance Disclosures for contribution limits, prohibited sources, and required donor information. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes and are non-refundable except where required by law or in our sole discretion.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site; (c) interfere with or disrupt the site's operation; (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including contribution information; or (e) impersonate any other person.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Bob Davis for Colorado" trademark — is the property of the campaign or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for non-commercial personal use.
5. User Submissions
By submitting any content (including testimonials, photos, or messages), you grant the campaign a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for campaign purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
