Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: June 4, 2026

Bob Davis for Colorado is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA roles so screen readers can navigate effectively
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast and visible focus indicators for keyboard users
  • Provide text alternatives for non-decorative images
  • Label all form fields and announce validation errors via assistive technology
  • Design tap targets sized for mobile users and motor impairments

Known limitations

We test on current versions of major screen readers and browsers, but some third-party embeds (videos, payment processors) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We work continuously to address gaps.

Request assistance or alternate formats

If you encounter a barrier on this site, need information in an alternate format (large print, plain text email, etc.), or need help completing a form, please contact us:

Colorado House Bill 21-1110 / OIT Technology Accessibility

While this campaign website is not a state or local government entity subject to the Colorado Laws for Persons with Disabilities (C.R.S. §24-85-101 et seq.), we voluntarily adopt the same WCAG 2.1 AA standard required of Colorado public entities to ensure equitable access for every voter in House District 44.
